LOLA O’NEILL

Founder of premium brands, including LA Creative, Inspired By LA and creator of 'The Code', Lola has spent her career providing excellence in academic training and personal development. In 2013, Lola set up the Beyond Skin Foundation. BSF trains survivors of domestic abuse, acid attacks and children in need in India. Lola believes that freedom for these women and their children is through education, especially vocational skills and mind management. In January 2023, Lola will offer an online platform allowing BSF to reach thousands of women and school children throughout India. They will access training courses, coaching and counselling. 'My mission in life is to help transform survivors into thrivers and it's my honour to do so'

Our Chief Love Officer! Lola's incredible mum who has made all of work possible. Instilling a sense of purpose and a higher good, Anne has taught us that there is no greater gift than to honor your calling to help others. It's why we were born and how you become truly alive.
Anne created a support group for special needs children in Co. Wicklow, Ireland. Inspired by her special needs daughter, Barbara, the group was created and served those in the community who needed a place to be exactly who they are and loved.

La Creative Director and core part of our group, Sne makes the dreams of BSF as reality. One of the leading make-up artists in India and talented lecturer, Sne manages to ensure that every program has impact, providing the highest educational standards and the essential link to employment for our survivors, we could not do it without her amazing talents.
KYM MENSIES

International celebrity make-up artist, Kym is one of our most popular guest lecturers at BSF. Kym was Lola's lecturer at College in London and has now come full circle all these years later as a key volunteer in India. Love is at the core of this incredible woman.
